Up for auction is a vintage Promissory Note document that was between Samuel Fitch and William Betts, both of Franklin, Delaware County, New York.  Doc is dated 1800 and is hand stamped with a FIFTY CENTS NEW YORK revenue stamp.  The three signatures seen in scan #3 are part of the first page. paper is missing a piece at bottom of first page.  Paper has damaged edges and staining issues...
