Description
This is an 1810 New York Supreme Court document.It has the date of August 21, 1810 on the front side,
while on the reverse side it states that the
document was filed on August 28, 1810.
This document is handwritten. The writing
is legible, but requires some effort to read.
The document is concerned with a case from
Schoharie
County, which involved two men
named Solomon Gray and David Beers.
The document looks to be signed by
Schoharie
County Judge John Brewster
(1767-1834),
a prominent man in that part of N
ew York,
and a leading Freemason. The last three
images
show the memorial at his grave.

ten ----- Before me John Brewster one of
Judges of the Court of common pleas in

."
The document is about 6" by 5". It is in good condition,
with creases where it has been folded, some
browning, and some general wear.
