1839 State of Ohio Document - Man Attacks Justice of the Peace

Description

This is somewhat of a strange handwritten document being an indictment Benjamin Hutson for "abusing officer in  The execution of his office".  The indictment is one page long written in dark brown ink.  The writing is very neat and easy to read.  The attack occurred in Crawford County, Ohio.  Several names mentioned.  Fully docketed on reverse. The condition is rated as very good to excellent.
