Michael & Eve Light to Amos Stauffer, waggonmaker, dated March Twentyeth, 1846 hand written in beautiful flowing script. Approx size: 17.5" high, 23" wide. Property located in Earl Township, Lancaster County, PA. Highlights of the document are:

wife, Eve, "declared that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and accord, seal, and as her act and deed, deliver the said Deed without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband" & small drawing of the land on the "title" page of the deed on reverse side.
