Up for auction is a vintage land/deed deal between Anthony Showalter and his wife Eliza of the first part and John Kline of the second part, all of Rockingham County, Virginia.  Doc is dated October 26, 1854.  DOCUMENT IS IN TWO PIECES. Papers have damaged edges and corners, multiple tears.  paper has areas of staining, some of it heavy staining and areas of dirtiness.  PAPER WILL NEED TO BE HANDLED CAREFULLY TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE!!! ........
