    "State of Alabama,     Perry County, This is to certify that I Iabez Curry have this day and in consideration of the natural affection
    I bear to my daughter Tabitha, now wife of Richard H Lee, g
    iven, bargain, sell and convey unto her the following described personal property to wit the following  named and described slaves or negroes- Alfred Jammisson a man about 35 years of age - a negro woman Sally about 30 years of age - Theby a negro girl about 18 years of age - Mary a negro girl about 16 years of age - and Peter a boy about 8 years of age - Also Amy known as Yellow Amy about 30 years of age - Winny a girl about 12 years of age - Little John about 14 years of age - Tom about 9 years of age and Billy Smith a negro man about 19 years of age
    . - The above described negro slaves with their natural increases, I give, grant, bargain, sell and convey to my daughter Tabitha , wife of Richard H. Lee, to have for her sole and benefit and the proceeds amassing from their labour for her own sole use benefit , free from the liabilities of debts of her present husband Richard H. Lee, of any future husbands she may have - the above described property as a separate and independent  estate of her present husband Richard H.
