Up for auction is a vintage legal document that has to do with a land/deed deal between John Ziegler, executor of the estate of John Kline of the first part and William Cook, of the second part, all being from Rockingham County, Virginia.  Doc is dated 1864. paper has multiple edge foldline tears, some severe and will need repair.  paper also has staining issues and edge damage.  BECAUSE OF THE TEARS, PAPER NEEDS TO BE HANDLED VERY CAREFULLY TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE..AND TREATED AS FRAGILE!!! ..... ............
