1873 CIRCULAR PERRY & CO ALBANY NY RE INFO NEEDED FOR REPAIRS OF STOVES

Up for auction is a vintage informational circular from the Perry & Company, stove makers situated in Albany, NY.  Circ has to with information needed to repair certain stoves.  Circ is dated 1873, has badly damaged bottom edge, along with other edge and corner damage.  Paper also has dirtiness.  Comes with the two things seen in second scan.  I have no idea what they are, but they came with the circular and will be leaving with the circular.  I know this won't make any sense, but these things have a tinny or plastic or tiny plastc feel to them....
