sobre monedas, medallística, y exonumia, con la misión voluntaria de fomentar la conservación de nuestro legado cultural monetario. El Sr. Rodríguez ha publicado 542 reportajes investigativos, en adición a haber publicado 10 tratados y mas de media docena de libros, a través de su firma, Editorial Arybet, de Ponce, P.R. La misma consiste en un chavito anillado, cuyo anverso muestra un brilloso Lincoln Penny 1966-P, en calidad sin circular, en cuyo anverso lee: EDICIONES ARYBET de Luis Antonio Rodríguez, PONCE, 45 Años Escribiendo la Numismática de Puerto Rico. le adorna un BUHO, ave usada en la antiguedad para simbolizar la búsqueda de sabiduría e inteligencia, aquí aplicada al conocimiento de la numismática. Su reverso, que esperamos fomente el atractivo turístico, lee: Puerto Rico, La Isla del Encanto, vale por , rodeado de imágenes que resaltan diversas estampas locales; estas son la palma y la cotorra, representando la flora y fauna, y la guitarra y maracas, representando nuestra música, junto con un mapa de la isla grande.
Commissioned by Mr. Luis Antonio Rodríguez, to commemorate his 45 years of research and publishing articles on Puerto Rico Numismatics, Exonumia, and Medals, since 1966. Mr. Rodriguez has published 542 articles on most major local newspapers, as well as 10 specialized magazines, and also has its own publishing company, Ediciones Arybet, through which he has published more than half a dozen books.
Its anverse reads ARYBET Editorials, (of Mr.) Luis Antonio Rodriguez, (of ) Ponce (Puerto Rico) 45 years of writing (the) Numismatics (history of ) in Puerto Rico. As a visual detail, it features an Owl, which in ancient Greece simbolized the search for knowledge and wisdom, in this case the search for knowledge in local numismatics.
Its reverse shows picturesque vignettes on things Puerto Rico is well known for, as is its peculiar wildlife and Caribbean music. It also holds a map of the main island, and a face value of in merchandise.
