    Description

    Up for sale is an antique 19th century Deed Indenture of March 19, 1842 for 59+ acres in Chester County PA recently found at auction in Lancaster County PA.  Losses along the double folds, yellowing, but lovely quill lettering.  Overall size 8 7/8 x 22.5" folded to 4 5/8 x 5 1/2".
