BLACK ENAMEL TASSEL COMPACT WITH BAG, ESTEE LAUDER?

This is a very stylish, elegant compact that I believe was made by Estee Lauder. I remember buying it, but not from which brand.
The compact is black enamel and gold metal with a long silky tassel attached. It is 2 inches across. It has its original black drawstring bad which is made of grosgrain taffeta. It contains compressed powder, little used if at all, in a light ivory shade.There is no powder puff. This is a nice little piece.
