If you wish to return an item for a refund, we will ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us for the return shipping address as well as return authorization number. Please allow 7-10 days from the receiving date for returns to be processed.

If you want the shipment to be held at a shipping company hub it is your responsibility to make those arrangements directly with the shipping company.

All returns are subject to a Tech Check upon arrival. Any instrument that is returned with damage, wear and tear (including pick marks), missing or replaced parts, missing protective or packing materials are not eligible for a full refund.
