    .  Important typed letter signed by Apollo 9 astronaut Jim McDivitt to Apollo 11 astronaut Neil Armstrong gifting him beta cloth patches bearing the Apollo 11 insignia: “Attached please find 50 beta cloth patches of your flight insignia which I thought you might like to have - - - compliments of your friendly Apollo Program Manager.”
    IMPORTANT TYPED LETTER SIGNED BY APOLLO 9 ASTRONAUT JIM MCDIVITT TO APOLLO 11 ASTRONAUT NEIL ARMSTRONG GIFTING HIM BETA CLOTH PATCHES BEARING THE APOLLO 11 INSIGNIA
    The letter is one page on NASA letterhead, measures 10.8 by 8 inches, sent from Houston, TX on February 24, 1971, in fine condition with toning, encapsulated in a Collectibles Authentication Guaranty holder with the header from “The Armstrong Family Collection” (Certification Number: 1000101-024), and accompanied with a signed letter of authenticity from Armstrong’s two sons, Rick and Mark, acknowledging the letter came from the Armstrong family collection.
    ENCAPSULATED IN A CAG HOLDER WITH THE HEADER FROM “THE ARMSTRONG FAMILY COLLECTION” AND ACCOMPANIED WITH A SIGNED LETTER OF AUTHENTICITY FROM ARMSTRONG’S SONS
    Personal items belonging to Armstrong are virtually nonexistent and we were unable to locate any available for sale before 2018.  A one-of-a-kind correspondence letter between two Apollo astronauts: one being the first to test the Lunar Module and the other being the first man on the moon.
