These chips, were
made by Matsui  (manufactures
ONLY REAL
casino chips) possibly between 2010 and 2011, and since kept in corporate hands waiting to be used on a real casino once the Cabo Rojo project flopped, which was supposed to have been either a Best Western hotel (which already operates a few other locations in Puerto Rico), or an MGM Grand, as other sources say.  Either way, after many years, these were finally released into the market and quickly hoarded by private card room enthusiasts and casino chip collectors like me. It took me many months to look for the different types, but I was lucky to get a small group of all these rare elusive beauties,
still in their original, sealed MGM rack plastic cases!
This Casino chip types have already been positively verified and listed as factual pieces by the Museum of Gaming History at its site Casino Chip Guide under -Caribbean, -Puerto Rico, so they are safe to collect. You will receive them mounted on a BCW partial coin page to protect them from scratches. Buy them cheap while you can, once gone, only time will tell when will they surface again...
