    Description

    Sony Discman Portable CD Player D-35. One owner, Works great.
    This is the Sony Discman D-35 made in Japan in July 1990. The D-35 is in excellent working condition and includes:
    - D-35 CD player
    - Original Carrying case w/ Strap
    - Original AA battery compartment
    - Original power supply
    - Original RCA external cable
    - Original Users Manual
    The Original inline headphone Remote with jack is included. The headphones had broken years ago but the remote works and for those handy with electronics, i believe new headphones can be soldered to the circuit board in the remote so i am including it. (Any other pair of headphones can be used just fine)
    NOTE: The original Sony BP-5  3.2v rechargeable battery no longer accepts a charge and is included.
    A new CR-2016 battery is needed to keep the clock memory set which inserts in the back.
    I am the original owner of this unit. The CD player is very lightly used and is in excellent cosmetic and working condition. No noticeable scratches, dents or damage. It was well taken care of over the years. The D-35 Discman was one of Sony’s top offering for that year. As well as including a wide variety of programming and track selection features it was also built to provide top quality sound. 8 times oversampling was employed along with Sony’s own CXD2550 digital filter, giving the D-35 a smooth and detailed sound that was on par with the best full sized machines. Sony’s “Mega Bass” was included to improve the bass sound.
    The unit plays CDs great, i ran it through its paces and everything works as it should and is (in my opinion) in better than excellent condition and was always handled with care as the pictures show.  Please review the pictures for exact condition.
