This is a Sarashi Hadagi undergarment for use with most types of kimono

It was made in the 1970s and never worn and
is in flawlessly perfect condition in its original package. This was made in Japan before such garments were produced in other Asian countries. Carefully stored, it has no stains or odor. It is made of sarashi cotton. It is a Japanese
womens Large.

NOTE: These listings are all vintage stock from a huge lot of traditional Japanese items from a shop in Kyoto that sold kimono accessories. Most were produced in the 1960’s - 1990’s. Some are unused, like new or have stains or other damage so examine the photos and read the description carefully before purchasing to determine the exact condition of this particular item and it’s value to you.

IMPORTANT: 2020 PANDEMIC SHIPPING NOTE
Note that due to reduced flights, JAPAN POST has suspended Air Parcel service to the USA, Australia and a few other countries (Europe is not effected). It is not known how long this will last but in the meantime, we are using JAPAN POST SURFACE mail which has tracking and insurance but can take about 60 days to the USA.
Alternatively, for an additional charge, YAMATO INTERNATIONAL offers extremely fast door to door service for a flat-rate for their various size boxes. The smallest “60cm” box is to most countries, can hold up to two kg and measures 27 X 19 X 19cm and arrives in about a week.
