Vintage Japanese Kimono Tomesode Orange Garden Scene

Description

Offered is a Vintage Japanese Silk Kimono Tomesode from Japan.  The Kimono is in excellent  condition and appears never worn.  There are no stains or signs of wear that I can see.
A Tomesode kimono is traditionally black silk with an elaborate pattern at the bottom that continuosly flows across the front and back.  The pattern on this kimono is a Japanese garden in a beautiful range of cream through peach and to darker orange and rust.  The kimono has a full white silk or silk-like lining.    Tomesodes also have round circular crests at the shoulders that designate a formal upper-class kimono. There are five crests on this kimono, three on the back and 2 on the front.
Material -  silk;
Condition - excellent, appears new, never worn, no stains;
Lining - Has a full lining of a silk-like material.

Length - Measured from the back of the collar to the hem 62"
Sleeve - 18" wide and 18" long
Width  - Measure from sleeve end to opposite sleeve end 60"
Pit to pit across the back - 24"  (approx. 48" around).
