Vintage NOVELTY: ZELL: FLOWER BASKET-SHAPED" Powder Compact & Pilcher w/ pads.
Estate finds. Basket compact is unique,  finish needs a good polish on one side there is som color on the flowers other side is the same pattern but no color.
Base has been bent over its life time. Unsure if it can be smoothed out , handle is a beautiful brade inside is clean and empty mirror I'd damaged can see the glue mark.  I see no markings on this one but it's beautiful to me.
The other compact reads Pilcher and is empty also outside is scuffed on front all Rhinestones are in tact  mirror isn't great.  Compact has a little spring load to open with good snap closure.   Comes with two pads one has definitely been used .
